Job purpose: 

- to assist the Design Project Manager in planning project activities, project scope, timing, costs, cash flow and risk management plans;

- to help organize the work of the project designers and service providers, to help keep track of the work performed;

- to assist the manager in drafting technical specifications for the competitions required for the implementation of the projects and the draft contracts;

- to assist in the preparation of reports on the progress of the ongoing project;

- participate in production design meetings, prepare protocols;

- to compile documentation of design projects.

Requirements: 

- completed or currently completing Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering (Design of Buildings and Structures)

- ability to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize information;

- be familiar with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating spatial planning, design and construction processes;

- advantage - work experience in design management.

- foreign language proficiency at B2 level;

- good computer skills

Job purpose:

- to control the compliance of the construction process and the results of the construction with the requirements of the construction project, the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and other normative documents;

- to inspect and approve hidden construction works and hidden construction structures;

- to participate in testing and recognizing suitable engineering networks, systems, equipment, constructions;

- to control that geodetic images are performed and documented in a timely and proper manner;

- to control the compliance of products used in construction with the requirements of the project and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;

- to control actual construction terms and compare with planned ones;

- to ensure the quantities of construction works actually performed and to compare with the amounts planned in the project and in the documentation of construction progress and results (construction log, works);

- to control the actual (stated in the works) construction costs and compare it with the planned (statutory) costs;

- to control as implemented during the construction of the building, in accordance with the requirements set out in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, construction contract and construction maintenance contracts (how the safety and health requirements of persons working in the environmental protection and construction work and related activities are ensured)

- to write (execute) acts of construction works;

-to work with the contractor to prepare the documents needed to complete the construction.

Requirements:

- a certificate of qualification of the head of the structural construction and the supervisor of construction of the special building;

- Statement of Building Construction Safety and Health Coordinator;

- technical supervisor work experience;

- knowledge of construction organization, production and technological processes, their performance methods, safety at work and environmental requirements, quality standards requirements;

- knowledge of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the processes of planning, design, construction and maintenance of territories;

- good computer skills.

Job description:

• Help the manager of special design works to organize projects‘ contractors‘ and service providers‘ works and recording of works completed;
• Help the manager of special design works to prepare technical specifications and contracts needed to accomplish undertaken projects;
• Help the manager of special design works in preparing reports of the project course;
• Participate in minutes of meetings, prepare protocols;
• Undertake a compilation of project documents.

Requirements:

• Graduated or currently graduating higher university degree in Bachelor/Masters of Automatics or Building energy;
• Ability to manage, compile, systemize and conclude information;
• Be familiar with the territorial planning, design legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and construction processes.
• Foreign language proficiency at B2 level;
