UAB „Keista“ project has won an award for "Sustainable development 2021"

The Sustainable Development Award aims to promote sustainable development ideas, highlight the best real estate projects, and encourage cooperation between different organisations. Properties are judged according to various criteria: quality of work and respect for values, engineering systems progressiveness of the buildings, and compliance with the objectives of sustainable urban development.

This year, 29 real estate projects from  all major Lithuanian cities competed for the award. The projects were evaluated by a 9-member jury consisting of representatives of various fields - universities, ministries, municipalities. A surprise of this year's competition - the jury was able to visit all the participating projects. The Commission was able to visit the projects in real life, without having to rely solely on visualisations.

We are proud that, despite the tough competition, our project Sierakauskas 25 received the award in residential buildings category.
