The best real estate projects of 2015 were awarded at the "Sustainable Development" competition. The best project in the residential construction category was the "Vingrių namai" project implemented by UAB "Keista". The prize for the project developed in Vilnius Old Town was handed over to Kęstutis Grauzins, CEO of UAB Realinija, and to the architect Tauras Paulauskas. Gintautas Kazlauskas, Director of UAB Keista, was acknowledged for his successful participation in the competition.
The project “Vingrių namai” was carried out in two stages. The first stage was submitted to State Construction Inspection Agency (VTPSI) in September 2014, the second - in September 2015. UAB Keista has been involved in the construction, technical maintenance and co-ordination of construction safety. In stage two, our company was involved in design and construction management, technical supervision and co-ordination of construction safety and health at work.
